Basic principle:
Through the motor pulley, narrow V-belt drives the pump rotation of the crankshaft, connecting rod, crankshaft to drive the crosshead, connecting rod, piston to make reciprocating motion, when the plunger moves backwards, the liquid inlet valve is opened, the liquid into the pump body, until the plunger is moved to the last position (even when the shaft turns 180 degrees) into the liquid process the end.
When the plunger forward movement , the liquid which in the hydraulic cylinder of the pump is squeezed, the pressure rise , the inlet valve is closed , the discharge valve is opened,the liquid is discharged . At the same time , due to the higher pressure pump inlet , the pump into the liquid process , the role of the inlet pressure to the plunger on the formation of backward thrust ( this is harmful of the pump),through the import and export of differential pressure and hydraulic balance pipe, the partial force offset or basic balance. If the import and export pressure can not meet the design needs, users must adjust the import and export pressure, so that it can reach more than 90% balancing requirements, in order to ensure the normal operation of the pressure booster plunger pump.
